Installing Addons For mIRCStorm V2:
Unzip the addon .mrc file and place it into the \Addon folder within mIRCStorm.
Open mICStorm and open the 'main setup'.
Click the 'Addons' tab.
Locate and select the addon from the
list on the left.
Click the 'Load Addon' button.
The addon is now loaded.
Installing Addons For mIRCStorm V1.2.5 And Below:The method for installing
an addon can vary depending on the addon, they all do however follow the basic
rules.
1) Determine if the addon requires editing for you specific bot. This
can be done from this website by selecting the appropriate link in the Addon
section, Or after download open the file.mrc in a text editor such as notepad
(do NOT use MS Word or some other large program) and read the text within the
=== at the top of the file.
2) If editing is needed, edit the file and save.
3) Place the file.mrc (It may need to be unziped
from a .zip file) into the \scripts folder within mIRCStorm. E.G.
c:\mIRCStorm\scripts
4) Load up the bot as normal and maximise so you can see the bot in full
screen.
5) Right click and select mIRCStorm > Main Setup. Or Simply type /setup.
Within main setup there is a button which selects an addon, click here and load
the addon.
6) Click 'Save and Exit' The addon should now be loaded.
