There are numerous individual commands, as there are so many a list and only a short explanation is given below. Total channel commands number 59, + Many from the Partyline.

Note: some commands such as deop, kick etc require a higher access than the user being deoped or kicked

Commands Usable By Anyone (with no direct access on the bot):

  banlist - Provides a list of the current bans on the bot.
  ping - This causes the bot to send a ctcp ping to the user and informs him/her of the lag.
  seen - Shows when a user was last seen and there quit/parting reason was.
  whois/access - Returns detailed info on a nickname, such as, global/channel access, location,
                         login status and more.
  userlist - Messages the user with a access list for a channel/global.
  version - Simply displays the version of the bot being used.
  levels - Lists the different user levels, chanvoice, chanop, etc etc.
  bantype - Sends all the different bantypes offered. Bantypes alter the time and strictness of
                 bans.
  time - Displays the current time on the hosting computer.
  date - Displays the current date on the hosting computer.
  uptime - Shows how long the bot has been connected for.
  peak - Returns the peak/max number of users ever in a channel, also is displayed whenever
            the number is increased making a new peak.
  osuptime - Displays the online time in wks,days,hours,seconds since the OS was first
                   installed.

13 Commands.

Commands That Require Channel Voice Access Or Over:

  voice - Allows user to voice (+v) him/her self or others in a channel.
  devoice - Allows a user to devoice (-v) him/her self or others in a channel.
  greet - This is a line displayed when a user joins the channel.
  who - Gives details bout who is on a channel.
  note - This sends (or receives) a message to (or from) another user.
  lastcom - Returns the last commands done, by whom and when.
  lastlogin - Returns who and when the last login was.

7 Commands.

Commands That Require Channel Op Access Or Over:

  op - Allows a user to Op (+o) him/her self or another in a channel.
  deop- Allows a user to DeOp (-o).
  kick - This will kick another user from a channel.
  ban - A user can ban another nick/mask from a channel.
  unban - User can unban a nick/mask in a channel.
  topic - Lets a user change the topic of a channel.
  mode - Allows user to change channel modes (+mi +nt etc).
  wallops - Command send a message to all the other ops on a channel.

8 Commands

Commands That Require Channel Master Or Over:

  adduser - Ability to add other users to the bot.
  remuser - Ability to remove users on the bot.
  moduser - Allows user to change a access level on the bot.
  cycle - Causes the bot to part and re-join a channel.
  onjoin - Changes the message(s) displayed to a user on joining a channel.
  invite - Will invite a user to a channel via /invite and /notice.
  chaninfo - Displays info about that channel, flood settings etc.
  topiclock - Locks the channels topic so that only chanmaster or higher may change it.
  topoicunlock -  Unlocks a topic.
  say - Makes the bot 'talk' in a channel.

10 Commands

Commands That Require Channel Owner Or Over:

  modelock -  Locks the modes of a channel so none may be changed, (+nt +m etc).
  mop - Mass Op, ops (+o) everyone in a channel.
  mdeop - Mass DeOp, deops (-o) everyone in a channel, apart from the bot.
  mvoice - Mass Voice.
  mdevoice - Mass DeVoice.
  silentmode - With this on, no one may talk in the channel, or be kicked.
  chanset - Allows flood setting to be changed.

7 Commands

Commands That Require Global Op Or Over:

  lock - locks a channel, +imnt useful in flood attacks.
  unlock - unlocks a channel.
  dccme - Causes the bot to dcc chat with the user, going into the partyline.
  channels - Lists the channels the bot is on, and the ones it should be on.
  backup - Makes the bot backup its key files including database.

5 Commands

Commands That Require Global Master Or Over:

  rehash - Causes the bot to rehash (reloads files and data).
  restart - Makes the bot close down and start up again.
  join - Orders the bot to join a new channel.
  part - Causes the bot to part from a channel.
  msg - Allows user to /msg another user or channel from the bot.
  save - Saves the bots database.
  banner - Broadcasts a message to every channel.
  notice - Allows user to /notice another user or channel from the bot.

8 Commands

Commands That Require Global Owner Or Over:

  die - This causes the bot to shutdown.

1 Command

Full Access: allows commands to be preformed anywhere and on anyone.

Note: CHANNEL access is needed for some commands. 

 

There are many more commands included within the Partyline/DCC Chat which are best left to the bots help menu ( .help ).
